As a solopreneur, I cannot do it all. The people and businesses I collaborate with are essential to my business and the success of my clients. Nikki is another top quality event planner for large scale banquets and multi-day corporate events to bespoke and exclusive dinners. Her attention to theme and detail makes every event one to remember.
Professional Organiser
Sarah Adams at the Prepared Environment is a Montessori teacher and professional organiser specializing in children’s spaces. She is an expert at de-cluttering to create calm, child-friendly and organised homes. She also does offices!
Photography
Rob Trendiak captures the best headshots in town. From corporate teams, to entrepreneurs – serious to fun, Rob creates an environment that makes you smile (and then squint and then turn and then boogie so he can get the right shot.) Rob shot most of the images on my website!
Perlla Faschoway somehow gives her photo subjects a glow and an aura. From events like the Dress for Success Vancouver Luncheon, to maternity, wedding and family photos, there’s a magic to her work and a calmness to her process.
Melissa Skoda specializes in family photography. She shot a generational shoot for my family which she somehow made fun and way less chaotic than we were expecting! She shoots on location in some beautiful spots in Richmond and Vancouver.
Laura-Lee at My City Photos makes photoshoots with people (and pets I think!) of all ages, easy and fun. With clear direction, an easygoing nature and infectious energy, LL gets everyone smiling!
Michelle at Mateus Studios offers the most positive and empowering experience with intimate photography. Ida, better known as Wonderful Ida, directs and produces fundraising and impact videos that leave no dry eyes, showing the tangible impact donations can make to an organisation. She brings stories to life, demonstrating deeper understanding, authenticity and connection.

Their commitment to accuracy, efficiency and integrity ensures clients achieve the best financial outcomes. This one comes highly recommended but I haven’t used them myself.
MOD Accounting & Tax is a full service, women-led, virtual CPA firm based on Treaty 6 territory. They support organizations across the country with expert advice, support and an innovative approach. They are purpose driven, understanding the balance between profit and impact. This one comes highly recommended but I haven’t used them myself.
