Your Story Deserves Visibility: The Founder Content Experience

There are some workdays that don’t really feel like work.

The Founder Content Experience with Ida Cummings is one of them.

I love working with Ida. These days are a lot of fun.

There’s a lot of conversation, creativity and collaboration, but there’s also a clear purpose behind the day: helping founders create strong, useful content without having to figure out every part of the process themselves.

The Founder Content Experience is for founders who know they need to be more visible, but might not know exactly what to say, how to say it or how to turn their expertise into content that feels natural.

That’s where we come in.

Not Just a Video Shoot

Good content starts well before someone turns on a camera.

It starts with understanding your story.

What do you want to be known for? What does your audience need to hear from you? What experiences have shaped the way you work? What do you have to say that is actually useful, interesting or different?

Before filming day, participants join Ida and me for a 90-minute virtual planning session where we work through your audience, positioning, speaking topics, messaging direction, content ideas and video concepts.

You’re not arriving on filming day wondering what you’re supposed to talk about.

We’ve already done that work together.

We’ll Get Your Story Out

This is one of my favourite parts of the experience.

You do not need to arrive with a perfectly packaged founder story or a list of polished talking points.

We help you find them.

As a publicist, I’m always thinking about the bigger story behind a business.

What is interesting here? What would make someone pay attention? What expertise or experience are you sitting on that you may not even realize is worth talking about?

That means you’re not just getting ideas for social media.

You’re getting PR coaching and support identifying the stories, perspectives and expertise that can help people understand who you are and what you do.

Then Ida brings her video and storytelling expertise to help turn those ideas into content that works on camera.

It’s one of the reasons I enjoy working with her so much. We approach the content from different angles, but we’re both focused on making sure what you create actually sounds and feels like you.

You’ll Get Video Coaching, Too

A lot of founders are comfortable talking to clients, speaking in meetings or explaining their work in conversation.

Then a camera turns on and suddenly everything feels different.

That is completely normal, and it’s part of what we work on during the experience.

You’ll get prompts, direction, feedback and coaching as you film, so you’re not left standing in front of a camera trying to remember a script.

The goal isn’t to make you sound overly polished or rehearsed.

It’s to help you communicate your ideas clearly and feel more comfortable doing it.

And because the filming days are small, there’s time to work with you individually while still having the energy of being around other founders.

It makes the day collaborative, relaxed and, yes, genuinely fun.

The Location Makes a Difference

We film at Railtown Pursuits in Vancouver, and it’s a great fit for this kind of day.

The space is designed for photography, video, podcasts and content creation, with multiple studios and rooms that give us different options throughout the shoot.

That means we’re not creating six videos that all look exactly the same.

We can change locations, backgrounds and setups, capture behind-the-scenes footage and give you more variety in the final content.

It also means everything we need is in one place, which makes the day run smoothly.

Railtown Pursuits has a creative, professional feel without being overly formal, and that works well for founders who want polished content that still feels natural.

And Then There’s the Content

This is where the experience becomes especially useful.

You walk away with:

  • Fresh professional headshots
  • Behind-the-scenes photos and video
  • A minimum of six professionally edited short-form videos
  • Messaging and content ideas you can continue using after the day

And the editing is handled for you.

That’s important, because filming content is only one piece of the job. Editing, organizing and actually publishing it is often where things stall.

We’ve thought about that hurdle too.

Once your approved content is ready, it can even be shared on Instagram with you as a collaborator.

All you have to do is hit accept.

If posting is the thing that usually stops you, we can help remove that barrier too.

High-Quality Content Without Doing Everything Yourself

Founders are already doing a lot.

You’re running the business. Serving clients. Selling. Networking. Managing people. Answering emails. Making decisions.

Then you’re also told you need to be consistently creating content.

The Founder Content Experience is designed to make that easier.

We help you find the stories.

We help you shape the message.

You get PR coaching.

You get video coaching.

Ida handles the filming and production.

I help craft your story.

Your videos are professionally edited.

And if posting the content is a hurdle, we can help with that too. We’ll share it and add you as a collaborator.

You leave with high-quality content that is actually useful to your business, without having to become your own strategist, producer, videographer, editor and social media manager.

If Content Has Been Sitting on Your To-Do List

You probably don’t need another list of 50 Reel ideas.

You have tons of video sitting in your phone.

You need clarity about what you should be talking about.

You need good stories.

You need help turning those stories into content.

And you need a process that makes it realistic to actually get it done.

You need action and tangible results.

That’s what Ida and I want the Founder Content Experience to give you.

And one of the best parts is that the day itself is enjoyable. I love working with Ida, I love seeing founders get more comfortable as the day goes on, and I love watching the ideas we talked about in the planning session turn into real, polished content.

Our fall waitlists are open now.

If you want to get more visible, tell stronger stories and finally create a bank of professional video content for your business, get your name on the waitlist.

We’ll help you figure out what to say, get your story out and make sure you leave with content you can actually use.
